MOSCOW (AP) Twenty-four hours before Donald Trump was to be sworn in as president of the United States, several dozen people packed a Moscow nightclub to get a head start on celebrating. Trump, Trump it is unbelievable. Trump, Trump, he's a superman, Trump, Trump symbol of America. Trump, Trump, he's really president, the Thursday evening crowd at Arbat 13 heard an 82-year-old, Soviet-born crooner sing in English. The small jazz club located a stone's throw from the Stalin-era tower housing Russia's foreign ministry might have been early, but it isn't the only place in the capital that Ronald Reagan associated with an evil empire to be toasting Trump. Across from the U.S. embassy compound in central Moscow, the Russian Army store put up a poster with the incoming president's picture to advertise inauguration day discounts of 10 percent for embassy employees and American citizens.

Dolly Parton is getting a tribute from her sister Stella with an album and a U.K. tour celebrating the singer’s contribution to the music industry. Stella Parton, 67, a country singer in her own right with more than 30 albums under her belt, grew up with older sister Dolly as one of 12 siblings in the Tennessee mountains. Music was a big part of family life, Parton said. "We didnt have a telephone, we didnt have a televisiontil I was 10 years old, so music was a big part of our lives. It was something that soothed us, it was something that we could be creative with, because my mother would soothe us with singing," she said in an interview. Parton will perform songs from her 2016 album Mountain Songbird: A Sister’s Tribute and the More Power to Ya duet she recorded with Dolly Parton, at a concert in London on Saturday that kicks off the tour.

This gorgeous silver model – with bodywork famously designed by Pininfarina – was restored in 1991, but had its paint changed to dark blue with a tan leather interior. This was reversed late last year at a cost of around £80,000. As the last-but-one of the 275 GTBs production run, this example arrived late enough to receive engineering refinements that earlier incarnations didnt benefit from, making it one of the most desirable GTBs of its kind. Even with 42,000 miles on the clock, it’s expected to fetch a sum well north of £2,000,000. 1989 Lamborghini Countach 25 th Anniversary Image 25 of 43 Image 25 of 43 Celebrating Lamborghini’s 25 th anniversary as a manufacturer, this special edition of the Countach was styled by Horacio Pagani and developed in part by triple World Rally Champion Sandro Munari.
