Sprint and Tidal announced today in a joint press release that the cellular provider has bought a 33% stake in Jay Z's streaming service. It is an interesting marriage, considering that both are industries in which competition is wanted, consumers fear consolidation, and the companies are far behind the market leaders in terms of subscriber counts. Jay Z and the so-called "artist-owners" will still be running the day-to-day operations at Tidal, though Sprint's CEO Marcelo Claure will join Tidal's Board of Directors. Caramel Quin 16 hours 7 min ago If you're sick of chopping ingredients by hand and wish you could whizz up ingredients in a flash, then it's about time you invested in a food processor. Whether you're dicing vegetables, blending soup or grating cheese, a good food processor needs little or no washing up yet saves valuable preparation time in the kitchen. If you cook large meals or batch cook dishes, a food processor will always be quicker than human hands – even if you're a one-person cordon bleu production line, a machine will always dice dozens of onions faster than you can think. See related Best stand mixers: The best stand mixers from KitchenAid, Sage, Kenwood and Swan Best blender: The best smoothie makers you can buy But what really counts is whether a food processor is worth bothering with for smaller dishes. If there's too much faffing around with awkward accessories and difficult to clean bowls, then a food processor is a waste of worktop space and generates washing up.

“The Pentagon will be scrambling — where do they put that $30 billion? If they put it back into the base [budget], any increase in the caps is going to be consumed just by putting OCO back in there, said Todd Harrison, a defense analyst at the Center for Strategic and International Studies . He believes that Mulvaney could have some leeway at OMB to “put discipline” on what counts in the war budget. House Armed Services Chairman Mac Thornberry, one of Congressleading supporters for increased Pentagon spending, said he hopes that Trump's campaign pledges will become reality, even with Mulvaney in charge of the budget. “I dont agree with all of his previous votes in the House,” the Texas Republican said, but he added he was very encouraged by what I’ve heard from Trump and Vice President Mike Pence. I’m sure Mick will be part of the team that we can work with.

Razin also said that investigators from the RoS had recorded a statement from Sanjeevan at Bukit Aman after he was arrested by police last year. He said the probe was over an alleged offence of continuing to operate under MyWatch after its registration was revoked. Razin said the RoS had only recently received a letter from Sanjeevan appealing against the decision. He said the appeal will be forwarded to the Home Ministry for its perusal and decision. Sanjeevan, 31, ran foul of the law in June 22 last year when he allegedly extorted RM25,000 from an illegal gaming operator in Nilai. He was subsequently arrested on other occasions for cheating, money-laundering, forgery of academic qualifications and was charged for three counts of extortion on separate occasions. His luxury cars and motorcycles were also seized by the authorities. Sanjeevan spent more that three weeks in detention under the Prevention of Crime Act (Poca) after police opened more than a dozen investigation papers to probe the alleged offences.

That means, in order to protect your money, you shouldnt deposit more than £75,000 in one account. But, the rules on what counts as an individual financial institution are complicated. Rather than each bank or building society counting as an individual, the FSCS works by banking licence or group. So, if two banks are owned by the same parent company you would only be covered for £75,000 across both banks. For example, Bank of Scotland owns both Halifax and Birmingham Midshires. That means if you had accounts with Halifax, Bank of Scotland and Birmingham Midshires the FSCS would only cover you for £75,000 across all three. Any extra cash you held with them would potentially be lost if Bank of Scotland went bust. Numerous banks are owned by other banks so it is well worth checking you arent accidently above the FSCS limit because you have multiple bank accounts with the same banking group.

IF the last thing a boxer loses is his punch, it was fitting on many counts that Wayne Rooney captured the Manchester United scoring record with a stunning knockout blow at Stoke on Saturday. The bell was about to sound on his club's title chances and leave him still searching for the goal that ensures his immortality. Now a bit-part player reduced to looking for the scraps his teammates tee up for him, a tap-in would have been no way to erase Bobby Charlton's name from the record books. So when he lined up that 94th minute free-kick wide on the left, frustration was coursing through his veins. But with one swing of the right boot, he found the glorious flourish to not only keep United in contention but provide a timely reminder of the fabulous talent with which he was once blessed. Only a curmudgeon would begrudge him this moment. After all, the Britannia stadium is where dreams are dashed, where Fancy Dans crash to earth: the bellwether ground for aspiring football greatness.

Sprint has purchased a major stake in Jay Z's Tidal , as the streaming service looks for other avenues for growth amid controversy over its subscriber numbers. Sprint will now own 33 percent of the service, while the existing leadership at Tidal will continue to run the service. Tidal will be producing some exclusive content only available to Sprint customers as part of the deal. The investment from Sprint provides Tidal with a fresh round of investment as well as a powerful partner in Sprint, which currently counts around 45 million subscribers. I wonder how we can resolve this situation. C : Ok I would say that everybody who is working for the Light, that is doing their mission, can get more scalar attacks because we are in the middle of a war, and it is simply an indication that you need to spend more effort in protecting yourself. P : Very good, thank you Cobra, so at the end of this interview do you want to say something to our audience ? C : Yes I would say that there are some interesting developments lately that are bringing us much closer to our final goal, and it is very important for everybody to be alert, not to do things by default, be awake, be alert, and do our mission because every deed every action counts, now especially. Ending Thank you, Cobra for your amazing interview. Thanks for Untwine’s help to transcribe Cobra’s interview into text. Thanks for Patrick and Jedi’s efforts to make this interview possible.

SYDNEY: Thousands of people attended a vigil Monday in memory of the five victims mown down by a car at Melbourne's busiest mall last week as police charged the suspected driver with murder. The 26-year-old man, charged with five counts of murder, sustained gunshot wounds when police arrested him after the incident on Friday. Mourners gathered at Melbourne's Federation Square for a minute's silence to remember those killed in the tragedy. Henry Dow, who witnessed the carnage, made a stirring speech, recalling a taxi driver who went to the aid of those struck by the vehicle. "Many images and sounds will stay with me much longer than I might like, but I'm glad I've seen, and hope I never forget just how brave and loving strangers can be. I love this city," Dow said. Other witnesses had earlier described "bodies flying through the air" as the vehicle sped through the shopping strip, leaving a trail of injured and a pram upturned on the sidewalk.
