What is the problem? In 2013, planning permission was granted for more than 39,200 units. By the time 2016 came an end, planning permission expires over three years, the data shows that nearly 14,000 homes had not been built. A failure rate of 36%. Why is it happening? A couple of reasons, including new transport stations do not materialise or there are problems with design or the economic circumstances change.

SIM only deals are getting better and better all the time, with many offering incredible value compared to the high cost of a contract for a new phone. Today's deal sees Carphone Warehouse's own iD network upgrade one of its most popular 4G deals just for TechRadar readers. With this plan you can get a 30-day SIM only deal for just 5 a month on a rolling contract that includes 1.5GB of data, 250 minutes and 5000 texts. iD's usual deal of 1GB for 5 a month on a 30-day deal is one of the most popular offers every week on our SIM only deals page, so the additional 500MB of data here shames the competition even more. This is the only place you can get this deal until it expires later next week. Our SIM only deal in full: iD | 30-day contract | 1.5GB data | 250 minutes | 5000 texts | 5 per month If you're looking for a super cheap SIM only deal but don't want to limit yourself too much with data, 1.

And he's not alone. In the last couple of months a facility in Utah is now under a 30-year exclusion, and a New York physician is now excluded from Medicare for five years. These penalties and exclusions not only affect those providers that are intentionally fraudulent. Even an innocent mistake can land you in serious legal and financial hot water. Being tagged as excluded by the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) can crush your practice especially considering the new guidelines that went into effect just a couple of days ago (on Feb. 13th). Tomorrow, a leading healthcare attorney will walk you through the new exclusionary rules that just took effect so that you can really understand what will keep you off of the OIG's hit list. Here are just a few of the practical, easy-to-implement tactics you'll receive by attending this 60-minute online training: Determine specifically who you should screen (individuals and entities) and how often Avoid being placed on the list for lack of compliance if there is a match on your team Find out what other legal actions can have collateral damage resulting in exclusion Learn how to get reinstated onto Medicare after an exclusion period expires Head off the top flags that lead to exclusions Master documentation requirements making your files audit-proof And so much more.

Ransomware is becoming more and more popular due to the simple fact that it allows criminals to potentially make a fast buck, using common methods such as a timer which rushes the victim into paying (threatening to destroy the decryption key for good after a time limit expires). Manager Gary Brazil has spoken about Chris Cohen's contract situation, saying the midfielder/defender is somebody you would not want to lose. And the Reds boss appears to have hinted he believes the club should look to extend the 29-year-old's stay at the City Ground. The Cleveland Cavaliers announced Wednesday that they have signed forward Derrick Williams to a second 10-day contract. Cleveland.com's Joe Vardon first reported the defending champions intended to ink Williams to another 10-day pact. The deal will reportedly pay out $67,700. Once it expires, the Cavaliers will have to decide whether they want to sign Williams for the remainder of the 2016-17 season. But based on the way he's performed to this point, Cleveland would be wise to keep him in the fold. In four games with the Wine and Gold to date, Williams is averaging 9.8 points, three rebounds and 0.3 steals on 60 percent shooting from the field, including 37.5 percent shooting from three. And while the sample size is minuscule, the Cavaliers have been efficient during Williams' 91 minutes on the floor. According to NBA .com's statistical database , the Cavaliers have outscored opponents by 20.

What makes these awards especially appealing (besides the phenomenal availability) is that Korean Air is an instant transfer partner of Chase Ultimate Rewards , so you can transfer points earned with cards like the Chase Sapphire Preferred and book these seats instantly. Additionally, the airline will let you put award seats on hold until a few days before departure, so if you're planning a trip far in advance, you have plenty of time to earn the required points before the hold expires. Korean Air awards can be a bit complicated to book, though, as outlined in our post How To Book Award Flights with Korean Air SkyPass . You can also book business-class awards (but not first-class awards) using Delta miles, though availability is much more limited. Bottom Line It's not everyday that we see an airline decide to install the same seats in two separate classes of service, and there will no doubt be some disappointed first-class customers here.

Enlarge If you've been putting off grabbing a few useful things from Amazon, today might be a good day to stock up, as Amazon has announced a one-day promotion: an $8.63 coupon , applicable to many orders over $50. The coupon expires at midnight Pacific on Wednesday, February 22, and it has that funny number because Amazon is using the coupon to brag. The online retailer topped the national Harris Corporate Reputation Poll in rank this week with a score of 86.27, which Amazon is rounding up for its coupon. The Harris poll measures large American corporations over a number of metrics, including "social responsibility," "emotional appeal," and "workplace environment"—and Jeff Bezos is probably stoked to score high in that last category, all things considered . Amazon's 2017 score is the top out of 100 American companies, beating tech companies such as Apple (82.

Reader Questions are answered three days a weekMondays, Wednesdays and Fridays — by TPG Senior Writer Julian Mark Kheel. Today let's take a look at a Facebook message from Errol , who has a query about Global Entry ... My Global Entry expires in December. I believe it can be renewed for another 5 years, but can that renewal be done online or will it require another interview? TPG Reader Errol This is an excellent question, as many folks aren't familiar with the Global Entry renewal process. Since the program was only launched roughly 10 years ago and many travelers applied in later years , a lot of people haven't navigated the renewal process yet. To start, Errol, you are correctGlobal Entry is good for five years and can be renewed for an additional five years at the end of each term. However, you can begin the renewal process as early as a full year ahead of expiration, which might not be a bad idea to make sure you don't lose coverage if it takes a while to get your renewal approved.
