Senckenberg scientists have discovered that the Saiga Antelope, which is currently threatened with extinction, used to be much more flexible in its habitat and food choices in the past than previously assumed. Based on carbon and nitrogen isotopes in the collagen from the antelopes' bones, the scientists compared the diets of fossil versus modern-day Saiga. In their study, recently published in the scientific journal "Quaternary Science Reviews," they reached the conclusion that today's populations are not obligatorily bound to their current habitat. This insight offers new hope for this endangered species.

“It changes the partnership. It presents a huge risk and cost shift to states.” But Republican critics of Medicaid, including HHS Secretary Tom Price, say it is a flawed program and pouring more money in wont fix it. They call for a fresh approach that empowers states to innovate. Both Price and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Seema Verma have promised to give states that freedom. The danger, Solomon says, is that states could introduce policies, such as imposing work rules or larger out-of-pocket costs, which would weaken the safety net and erode the entitlement. “You can do other things that basically cause people to lose coverage,” she said. Some conservative analysts, like Chris Jacobs, a former Senate aide who writes on health policy, wants the House bill to go further on entitlement reform. He’d like the bill changed to make block grants more attractive to states than the other capped payments because they’re more flexible.

The government is encouraging people to work on, encouraging employers to be more flexible. But if at least some are doing it because they're desperate for the money, then there is still a question, what happens when you really do have to stop? It is a concern because women tend to have much less than men in a way.

When the Xbox Live Indie Games program was launched, Simonetta told us, there was no option to do this and self-published games would launch into the separate store and languish there. "This is the great change and weve learned from the past. Its a flexible model today, you can pick and choose." Even developers who already have games in the Xbox store through ID@Xbox will have the option to publish their other games through the creators program instead until they're happy to push the project further, if they ever decide to at all. Simonetta seems sure that this new flexibility would be what sets this new self-publishing program apart from the company's previous effort, though they'll get a better idea when the creator's program launches in the summer: "Were just in preview at the moment with our Insiders but we are expanding it so were going to learn when we do what people want to do and like.

Get even with people,” Trump outlined his philosophy in a 2011 speech . “If they screw you, screw them back 10 times as hard. I really believe it. The president may be ideologically flexible , even to the point of disinterest, on the particulars of the health care legislation. But Trump’s been clear and consistent about one message: He wants it done. “I honestly think many of you will lose your seats in 2018 if you don't get this done, Trump warned House Republicans on Tuesday. One senior administration official said that what the president was suggesting was “not revenge” – just simply politicalreality.” But the combination of Trump’s history of score-settling, his offhand remark at Tuesday’s conference and the significance of the looming vote has created an undercurrent of fear of retribution in the House. “There probably should be,” Rep.

Then again, California aside, all of today’s Ferrari’s are. By ditching the bulky four-wheel-drive system and installing a (slightly) less powerful V8, Maranello’s engineers have been able to save 55kg and move the smaller engine further back in the engine bay for a more favourable (46:54 front:rear) weight distribution. With less bulk over the nose, the GTC4 Lusso T feels more agile than the V12, maximising the same sharp steering and keen turn-in that allow the V12 to defy its bulk so well. The turbocharged motor is so effective that the loss of a quartet of cylinders and the addition of two turbochargers is barely noticeable. Along the mountain pass of our test route in northern Italy it conquered everything it came across with equal enthusiasm to a V12, with no need to leave third gear. Those used to the GTC’s V12 will miss its top-end climax and that glorious spread of power and torque that only a dozen cylinders can deliver, but the turbo V8 is astoundingly punchy and remarkably flexible.

A few years back, BMW launched the i Division, with its first vehicles being the BMW i3 and i8 .Those cars were supposed to set the standard for what BMW's electric vehicles will be. However, their chassis are just far too singular in use to warrant mass-production use. So to provide multiple electric and hybrid vehicles to the masses, BMW needs to work on a flexible architecture that can accommodate both electric, hybrid and traditional variants of each car. Plus, there are possibilities for future regulation changes and various other factors that may change the necessary outcome of future vehicles. “A successful electrification strategy must be capable of dealing with a range of outcomes, including optimistic or more cautious scenarios. If we manage that, we will be able to reconcile sustainable mobility with sustainable profitability,” said BMW's board member responsible for finance.
