You can see on the graphic where the amber wind warning is, meaning we could see gusts of 60-70 mph, maybe 80 over the high ground. That could cause structural damage.

Interaction Design: Behance Desktop App Concept AoiroStudio Feb 23, 2017 As a designer, I am a frequent user of Behance . It’s a beautiful platform that featured some of the best artists, designers and illustrators out there. One thing that annoys me though is the design hasnt changed much in the last few years. For example, those gradient buttons are hitting me hard! Let’s take a look at the work of Nora Park who decided to take the platform for an overhaul concept. Overall, I really enjoyed her interaction design and direction for Behance, too not keen on the interactions but in the “ensemble”; it’s a lovely concept! This concept is the work of Nora Park who is a freelance art director based in Los Angeles, California. She has a background in UI/UX, graphic design, illustration, fine art and more. You should definitely check out her site . Like many designers, I am a frequent user of the Behance.

When my elder brother and I were kids back in the late 1970’s, our hacker Dad showed us this 1960-61 catalog of the Atlas Lighting Co (later Thorn Lighting) with an interesting graphic design on the cover. He told us to do a thought experiment, asking us to figure out how it would be possible to have a machine that would draw the design on that catalog cover. Incorrectly, our first thought was that the design was created with a Spirograph . A spirograph has two main parts: a large ring with gear teeth on the inside and outside circumferences and a set of smaller, toothed wheels with holes in them for inserting a drawing instrument usually a ball point pen. You hold the big ring, insert the pen in the smaller wheel, and then mesh and rotate the smaller wheel around the big ring. But spirographs can’t be used to draw irregular, asymmetrical figures.

Among other things he is responsible for the the graphic walkways along beach fronts like Ipanema in Rio de Janerio. I would like to be in the ceramic studio with The Omega Workshop artists, too. I love their style and sense of freedom. I am working on some ceramic ideas! But I think if you ask me every day I would tell you a different person! What’s on your inspirational playlist at the moment? I have been listening to Bach’s suites for cello, Pablo Casals — it is so beautiful that I keep listening to it again and again. I have also been listening to DJ Cheb I Sabbah’s Maha Maya and lots of Cuban and Brazilian music. I listen to books and also Spanish lessons. I just finished listening to Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. She has a nice reading voice and some ideas and stories about creativity that are so entertaining! There are times too when I just like to listen to the birds or the sound of the waves if I can hear them, and if it's raining, the rain!
