Here's why: Parenting. At camp we aim to make everyone feel special, mentored and shine, but they need to earn it. We do not give out participation medals and you need to earn leadership positions. Not everyone gets to be a Group Leader or an Olympics General. Not everyone gets to be a counselor for the group of kids they may have wanted to. We make our decisions for the "good of camp" in order for our camp to run smoothly and thrive. We see potential in ways that sometimes our staff may not see in themselves. We give our staff the training, mentoring and tools to succeed. We provide a nurturing, supportive environment that will always be there to catch them if they fall. We publicly acknowledge and reward our staff for achievements just as we would our campers. Staff deserve feedback and praise just like campers do! Technology. Social media and cellphones simply do not have a place at camp.

Baldwin then shifted away from Trump-specific topics. He supported the IDNYC program and then advocated for informing children on the state of the world. My wife [Hilaria] and I have three little children. For all of you out there who have children, theyre never too young for you to start to teach them about whats going on here. Theyre never too young for you to teach them what a real American is, Baldwin said. An American wants full participation and full transparency of their government, and weve never been further from that than we are now. These people are a disgrace! They are a disgrace to everything you and I believe in. But there is hope, and the hope is us and us fighting. 100 days of resistance. For good measure, Baldwin returned to his Trump voice before departing: Im going to go to the Russian consulate right now and take a piss.

I dont know what more evidence we need” to invade Iraq without allowing international weapons-inspectors to complete any new investigation into the matter. But that ‘IAEA’ ‘report’ was actually fictitious — it didnt even exist. That 7 September 2002 lie by Bush was stenographically reported to the (unfortunately) trusting public, by the many propaganda-organizations (callednewsmedia) — none of which (except the small Washington Times ) reported its blatant falsehoodnone of them published to readers that, as the IAEA asserted, There’s never been a report like that [which Bush alleged] issued from this agency.” ThatIAEA reportBush referenced, had simply been cooked-up by George W. Bush and endorsed by Tony Blair. Like one great journalist bannered, “Everyone Knew that Iraq Didnt Have WMDs” . Among those “Everyone” was Tony Blair himself, but his participation in Bush’s hoax would already have been obvious by no later than 7 September 2002, when Prime Minister Blair was accompanying U.

As “Ayatollahparticipates in “Assassination” by providing “the gun”, “moderation” can’t be a doctrinal principle and guideline in the mentality of this revolutionary militant who believes in assassination: at its best, this motto is a tactic to win the votes of people and stay in power! Did Badamchian talk about the brilliant experience of Ayatollah Rafsanjani in historical struggles against despotism and colonialism so that his opponents dont tear him to shreds for flattery and compromise with the West? Was he waiting for Ayatollah Hashemi’s death to affirm the assertions of people who accused the late Ayatollah of revisionism and moving away from the line of genuine revolutionaries during last decades of his life? Does the history of his collaboration in an “assassination”, if true, prove that Ayatollah Rafsanjani had departed from the left wing to the extreme conservative right? Does it prove that, in an indecent move, he had necessarily adopted a policy based on the Machiavellian rules of political game? Or that a “transformation” of political opinion and actions, during several decades of ups and downs, is a natural, even admirable move? Regardless of what Badamchian, the veteran conservative, had or has in his mind, the family and supporters of Ayatollah Rafsanjani have reliable evidence that shows Badamchian’s remarks are false, and that participation in “assassination” was beneath the dignity of Ayatollah Rafsanjani.

And while much of the media was dazzled by the prospect of history in the making -- Klein himself brought his young children to the inaugural platform to witness the moment -- the reports merely reflected the larger sense of excitement. “There was such an energy around the town,” said Klein, now CEO of Tapp TV. “So many hundreds of thousands of people had flooded into the city with this air of participation that superseded politics, and it was electrifying, really. Apart from any opinions about the incoming administration it really was about having a front row seat to history. My kids were seven and five years old at the time and we brought them down to witness it.” CBS Washington Bureau Chief Christopher Isham put it this way: 2009 … was unique because it was the first black president. This inauguration will also be unique because of the unique aspect of the president-elect and the populist message he brought to the campaign.

After being turned down by multitudes of musical stars and having dozens of Rockettes refuse to participate , Trump's "victory event" is stacked with one reprehensible bile-spewing evangelist after another. Christian evangelist and missionary Franklin Graham, who has been on the receiving end of censure from the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF, of which I am the Founder and President) will be practically doing a keynote crowing about how God made sure Trump was elected and how Christians need to take back America . Maybe he sees it as his political comeback after MRFF managed to get him blocked from speaking at a Pentagon prayer service and pushed back against the USAF's participation in his extremist fundamentalist "charity" . Of course, it didn't slow him down - Graham continually vomits anti-Islamic and anti-LGBT sentiments, and supports halting all "Muslim immigration" into the U.

Mr. Mnuchin's failure to disclose his Cayman Islands holdings just reeks of the swamp that the President-elect promised to drain on the campaign trail. In the hearing, Democrats on the Senate panel challenged Mnuchin's explanations, suggesting it was because he did not want to reveal his participation in a business that could be used as an offshore tax haven. Mnuchin said he had never used the Cayman Islands operation to avoid paying his taxes. Democrats also attacked Mnuchin's record when he ran OneWest bank, saying he failed to do enough to keep people from losing their homes. All of the criticism on the committee came from Democrats. Republicans widely praised Mnuchin's record in business, indicating their support for his nomination. During the hearing, Mnuchin defended his handling of thousands of foreclosures during the height of the financial crisis, saying he had worked hard to assist homeowners to refinance so they could keep their homes.

It also has the government mandate to develop city gas distribution network in seven cities along the way and supply piped gas to consumers in those cities.GAIL is rapidly implementing the pipeline project, awarding contracts for laying of pipeline on several stretches and engaging with landowners to easily secure right of use."Our mantra is constraint first, progress later. We try and resolve the problems of our vendors first. With their constraints gone, the progress is automatically made," said Karnatak. "We are continuously engaging with farmers, understanding their pulse, gauging their reactions to secure their participation in the process. This should help us stay on schedule," he said.Under the plan, Varanasi is the first of the seven cities to be touched by the proposed pipeline, with Patna, Jamshedpur, Kolkata, Ranchi, Bhubaneswar and Cuttack coming in later.

A cosmetic refresh was completed in 2009, but it hasnt raced since. It deserves an owner who will take it back to the track. 1960 Ferrari 250 GT Series II Cabriolet Image 34 of 43 Image 34 of 43 Much like the 275 GTB, there’s usually a 250 GT knocking about in these types of auctions as well. This model – one of only 202 Series II Cabriolets – was the 46 th car of a production run totalling more than 900 units. Bonhams believe it will sell for somewhere in the ball park of £1,100,0001,500,000. The 3.0-litre V12 produced 240bhp at 7,000rpm when new, and following a life of frequent participation in road rallies was given a significant cosmetic restoration in 2011. This led to further work to the brake calipers, the overdrive and other mechanical parts last year, ensuring that this 250 GT will be as good as new for its next owner. 1964 Porsche 904 GTS Image 37 of 43 Image 37 of 43 This 904 GTS is one of the prettiest cars in this year’s Scottsdale auction, and its condition is testament to sparing use and careful maintenance since its racing days in the mid-sixties.

The research is clear when it comes to how important access to addiction treatment services really is. Participation in formal treatment programs including inpatient treatment and rehabilitation centers and outpatient groups is consistently shown to give the individual a real chance at an enduring recovery from addiction. Making sure people in need have access to quality addiction treatment services should be a top priority. While there is no legislation on the horizon that could bring back health insurance for millions of Americans should the ACA be repealed, there are other promising bills that could impact the general public's access to addiction treatment services. The 21st Century Cures Act was signed into law by President Obama in December of 2016, approving block grant funds to be distributed to states and spent at their discretion. The question for the Congress is whether or not this act will be funded and if it is, how the funds will be distributed to the states.
