We could debate for a long time the NHS, I simply remind the honourable lady that it is under this Government that the NHS is getting record levels of funding, with an increase in the number of doctors, nurses, and an increase in the number of our fellow citizens who are being treated by immensely professional and hard-working NHS staff.

Anak Pattanavibool, director of Thailand's Wildlife Conservation Society, said the sighting was "very important". "The record of jungle cats these days, they are very rare and in Thailand a lot of good people believe it may have gone already," Anak told VOA. "But this time, the person who used this high quality camera trapping system, got very good quality photos of the cat; very clear, very beautiful. It's very, very important to confirm," he said. Jungle cats and other similar species are facing ongoing challenges in the region, where in many parts of Asia their populations have been in decline due to trapping, snaring and poisoning. The International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) has the jungle cat listed as "least concern" on the IUCN's "red list of threatened species". Under the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) jungle cats are listed under Appendix II meaning while not necessarily threatened with extinction, trade needs to be controlled to avoid threats to their survival.

That is the second highest figure since the data was first compiled in 1990. Within that category, we are seeing record numbers of people from the older EU states, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Greece have been granted citizenship. 6500. And also looking quickly at the data for the number of people applying for citizenship, in the last six months of 2016 there also appears to be historically high levels of applications.

04. Manchester City are eight points behind Premier League leaders Chelsea , and it is defensive problems that appear to have made the difference this season. They have conceded 29 league goals in 25 matches 11 more than Chelsea, whose goals-for record is only one better than City's 51. As a result, Bravo's position is under threat. He has not featured in any of the last three Premier League games and was on the bench for City's 5-3 victory over AS Monaco in the Champions League on Tuesday, but as recently as Feb. 10, Guardiola referred to the Chilean as " one of the best in the world," per Luke Edwards for the Telegraph . Nevertheless, Guardiola's reported interest in Handanovic, who has made 162 appearances for Inter since signing for the club in 2012, suggests the club are now considering replacing their No. 1. Unfortunately for England's Hart, who is on a season-long loan at Serie A side Torino , this would suggest a second chance will not be forthcoming.

But many of the aides with free access frequently talk about it as a way of signaling influence with their boss. A White House official declined to comment on the record but said: “The president likes to be accessible, including with his staff, and will continue that.” Trump, famously, has said his team has no formal chain of command. But his loose approach means no single person in the White House controls the flow of information into the Oval Office. Republican operatives outside the administration said they worry that may hamper a president known for his short attention span and instinctive decision-making. “I believe in a strong chief of staff model, and I believe in it in a way that is beyond policy—just to serve the president and make sure only issues that should get to him get to him,” said a former Bush administration official. But this is how Trump, 70, has always worked.

Understandably, Financial Secretary Paul Chan Mo-po has been under pressure to dole out much more sweeties in his maiden budget than his predecessor John Tsang Chun-wah did in previous budgets. This is after market estimates suggested the government would net a fiscal surplus of at least HK$80 billion - a record amount - for the current fiscal year ending in March.

We know about that Rooney's agent Paul Stretford has travelled to China to see if he can negotiate a deal for the food to leave Manchester United after 13 years at the club. He arrived under the Cilic of Sir Alex Ferguson and has gone on to become the club's record goal-scorer. Now at the age of 31 it seems he is surplus to requirements at Old Trafford under their new boss, Jose Mourinho.

Let's be honest; January's transfer deadline day was a major disappointment. Desperately hoping to feast on a major deal or two in the Premier League, we instead ended up with only slim pickings to digest over the coming months. There was a club-record transfer fee paid out by Burnley for Robbie Brady. An Italian striker headed to England, but only Southampton fans really got excited about Manolo Gabbiadini's arrival. Now we have to wait until the summer for our next transfer fix. In the NBA, however, they have their own version of deadline day. At 3 p.m. ET (8 p.m. GMT) on Thursday, the trade window comes to a close. It's not an actual window, but you get the idea. With that in mind, Bleacher Report has come up with some hypothetical trades that could aid the Premier League's big six. While some of the teams may need a short-term boost in the race to finish in the top four, others might welcome potential solutions to long-term problems.

Neuer already has a command of English, comes from a culture and climate not too dissimilar and, almost a foot taller, can look after himself. After six lonely seasons in the Bayern goal, he may just fancy a new challenge. It is not unheard of for top players who are seemingly settled at top clubs to have the urge to seek fresh pastures before twilight descends on their careersJohan Cruyff, Kevin Keegan, Thierry Henry, Eric Cantona and Zlatan Ibrahimovic all switched clubs and enhanced their reputations. And Neuer, who can never complain of being overworked, might just be a bit bored. He is the epitome of the modern sweeper-keeper, coming out when necessary but eschewing the suicidal forays we've seen from Bravo. His distribution is better than the Chilean's anyway but he doesn't pretend he's Franz Beckenbauer. He would cost a world record fee for a keeper but it would still be nowhere near as much as Messi and, although he's the same age (30), as a keeper his battery-life could be much longer.
