I was disappointed with what she said about the House of Lords, I actually think it is important that ministers respect of the constitutional role of the House of Lords. In my experience both in government and in opposition, members of the other place like the fact that ministers and indeed opposition spokesman go and listen to what they have to say and that is exactly what the Prime Minister and I would be entirely in the week.

The IUCN says a scarcity of jungle cats in mainland Southeast Asia "is likely the result of high levels of hunting in open and accessible" forest areas. In Cambodia, in particular, the IUCN says all the protected areas "are insufficiently managed and threatened by habitat loss, degradation and hunting." Anak says the sighting of the jungle cats comes as their habitat more generally is disappearing. "Most of the jungle cats have gone because of habitat disruption the loss of grass, the open woodland habitat," Anak said. "This is the habitat that is still remaining in very, very small pockets in northern Thailand so it's very important we have to try to save this habitat." Thailand, pressed by the international community and CITES conventions, has taken steps to curb its role as a wildlife trafficking hub, especially in areas such as ivory shipped illegally from Africa and bound for markets in China and Vietnam.

"I am committed to supporting the alliance as it evolves and expands." Company veteran and co-chief executive Hiroto Saikawa, who has 40 years of experience behind him, will take over the role from 1 April. "Ghosn ends years of speculation over when he would relinquish the top job at Japan's No. 2 cer [sic] maker amid investor concerns that he was stretching himself too thin," said The Independent . "The timing is a bit surprising," Takeshi Miyao, head of automotive consultancy Carnorama, told Reuters . "It appears Ghosn has decided very quickly that Saikawa is the right person to lead the company." Ghosn was handed the nickname "Le Cost Killer" after rebuilding the once "struggling" Nissan firm, Autocar says. He's also credited for investing in "highly innovative products", such as the critically acclaimed Qashqai cross-over. He now faces the challenge of turning Mitsubishi around following the fuel economy scandal that emerged last year, says Forbes , while Renault needs to "further develop its strategy", although it has "met its profitability targets".

This issue lays bare the new American political team’s sensitivity to Iraq and that it wants to, in any possible way, take a role in the country’s future once ISIS terrorist group is obliterated there. Following are three reasons behind Trump's key advisor to Baghdad. 1. Sending message of US obsession with Iraq. James Mattis's Baghdad visit and meeting with PM Haider al-Abadi can be seen as part of an effort to pass to Iraq a significant political signal, telling the Iraqis that the new White House administration is showing a special sensitivity to the Iraqi developments and the future of war with ISIS. In fact, Trump and some of regional leaders who are apparently puppets of Washington in the region in the past few months issued allegations against Iran, claiming that Tehran was controlling the Iraqi government. Actually, Mattis’s trip to the Iraqi capital can carry a warning to the Baghdad government, telling it that it needs to know that Washington is sensitive about Iraq’s future and wants to take a more active role in this terror-hit country.
