A former contestant on President-elect Donald Trump's TV show who claims he made unwanted sexual advances on her filed a defamation suit against him Tuesday for publicly denying her claims. The Apprentice contestant Summer Zervos appeared alongside her attorney Gloria Allred in Los Angeles to announce the suit. In a brief statement, Zervos said she demanded in mid-November that Trump retract his public statements that she and more than a dozen other female accusers were fabricating allegations that he groped or kissed them. Since Mr. Trump has not issued a retraction as I requested, he has therefore left me with no alternative other than to sue him to vindicate my reputation, Zervos said. Allred said the case was filed in a New York court Tuesday morning. Trump lawyers did not immediately respond to a request for comment, but Trump issued a statement last October that appeared to deny her claims that he repeatedly kissed her on the mouth, grabbed her breast and thrust his genitals at her when she was a contestant on The Apprentice in 2006.

AirTV was one of the most intriguing cord-cutter products to debut at CES earlier this month. It's an Android-based set-top box that combines Sling TV streams and over-the-air channels into a single interface. AirTV started shipping immediately after its unveiling, while the company—a subsidiary of Dish Network, like Slingdemonstrated full antenna integration at CES. There’s just one problem: Early adopters arent getting what AirTV has been showing off to the press, at least not yet. The current product doesnt pull over-the-air channels into the Sling TV guide, and an AirTV representative says full integration will require an update that's coming sometime in “early 2017.” To read this article in full or to leave a comment, please click here

For years, Microsoft has sold movies, TV shows, and music, in addition to apps—but not ebooks. A leaked Windows 10 build, however, shows Microsoft plans to shore up that gap in an upcoming release. The leaked build obtained by MSPowerUser reveals a dedicated section of the Windows Store where Microsoft plans to sell ebooks alongside its other content. According to the site, there doesnt seem to be a dedicated Books app yet, just integration with Microsoft’s Edge browser, which will serve as the viewer application for the new ebooks. Microsoft declined to confirm the new Books section, but a representative seemed to imply that new information could be coming soon. “The Windows Insider Program was created to enable Microsoft to test different features and functionality which will influence future versions of Windows,” the representative said in an emailed statement.

It was not my intention and the humor was not meant with any malice or disrespect whatsoever. As Radar readers know , this is hardly Harvey's first rodeo. The TV personality was slammed with a bombshell lawsuit in November that claimed he was caught on tape spewing hateful diatribes against white people. Before that, he famously crowned the wrong winner during the live finale of the Miss Universe pageant . Did Steve take it too far this time? Tell us what you think in the comments below! From Bladerunner to Back To The Future , flying cars have been a mainstay of movies and TV shows about the future. But as far as Airbus is concerned, the future is now. At the DLD digital tech conference in Munich yesterday, Airbus CEO Tom Enders stated that the company expects to test an autonomous single-person flying car by the end of 2017 and wants to have a production aircraft for short flights ready within the next four years. The vehicle, called Project Vahana, is being helmed by A3, the Silicon Valley-based division of Airbus which last month unveiled a proposal for swappable cabins on commercial aircraft . The timetable may sound fanciful, but A3 CEO Rodin Lyasoff believes it can be done. Many of the technologies needed, such as batteries, motors and avionics are most of the way there,” he explained in a recent issue of FORUM, Airbus' company magazine.

We don't know if this is a man who has made these kinds of allegations before against Donald Trump or if these are fresh allegations. That is due to happen soon, we are told, in Los Angeles. Certainly after that reality TV tape came out, where Donald Trump appeared to be bragging about sexual assault, there were as many as a dozen women who made public their claims or stories they had been sexually assaulted or harassed by Donald Trump.
