At the close of his inauguration speech, Donald Trump stood in front of the US Capitol Building and raised his right fist in the air. In keeping with a speech that combined bombast and fury, he appeared at that moment more conquering king than elected president. Indeed all that was needed to complete the image was a giant sword in his left hand.

Because I think that any highway-legal vehicle made by a farm-equipment manufacturer is interesting, I photograph IHC Scouts when I see them in the junkyards I frequent (and we have not seen a truck in this series since October, so we're due). BMW owners tend to be some of the most devoted, passionate and engaging folks you’ll ever meet. By far. Recently I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with one such BMW enthusiast, shoot some great footage of his car, and talk shop. I first met Andy Kim (or Andy’s car) in downtown Bellevue, Washington. I was driving around town when I heard this monster exhaust note. It. Was. Loud. It also sounded good, and it was getting closer. Soon enough, this Satin Candy Red E92 M3 appeared; angry, low, race-ready. I wasnt able to do much other than grab the Instagram handle on the side of the car. Later that day I sent the owner of the M3 a private message on Instagram, and discovered that Andy Kim is the keeper of this red beast. As it turns out, not only is Andy a huge BMW fan, he’s also a really nice guy! In our chats, I find out that Andy’s M3 is actually a first gen 2008 model year that he’s owned for the past 3 years now.

)" And so, it was, on that musically auspicious day the Indie Collaborative drew its first breath. Within weeks they met again in NY at the Drama League in Tribeca which Eileen Sherman , a lyricist, and playwright, (who collaborates with her sister Gail Bluestone, when she's writing musicals) had chosen, and together sitting on a couch in the reception area she and Grant began creating what would soon become the Indie Collaborative . Both Grant and Eileen realized they wanted a more formal mechanism for fellow artists to get together and support one another artistically. For the past 12 months Grant, had been traveling around the US with his friends Ricky Kej and Wouter Kellerman, meeting and having lunch with hundreds and hundreds of musicians and artists in cities across America, so it appeared that the recipe for a successful new organization was ripe.

This cannot happen. Indeed we are two of the biggest countries in the world. And we cannot exist without a conflict of interests. Success in the development of bilateral relations will depend on how we will be able to approach solving these conflicts through dialogue." SOT, Sergei Brilev, Russian TV presenter (Russian): "Recently [Donald]Trump gave an interesting interview saying that lifting sanctions against Russia is possible in response to such an unbalanced story as nuclear disarmament. It appeared too many [people] that it was good, that it turned out to be so simple. I am afraid to guess what the second phrase will be after that. How many nuclear weapons do Russia and America have now? In my opinion, it is enough to destroy the world about one a half times." Dmitri Peskov, Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary (Russian): "Even more.
