He started to film the interaction while, curiously, one of the cops took out what appeared to be a department-issued smartphone and started filming him back. Christian, whose group is planning a performer-led rally tomorrow at 4:00PM at the 72nd street station mezzanine, stood his ground and the cops eventually left. Governor Andrew Cuomo taking a selfie on the 2nd Avenue subway (Photo: E-Radio) This sort of standoff probably wouldn't be necessary if cops simply followed the law. While performing on a subway car is technically an infraction, the MTA's own rules (section 1050.6, part C) clearly specify that "artistic performances, including the acceptance of donations" are allowed on subway platforms. When Christian, who's been arrested multiple times standing up for his rights, asked the officers what rule he was breaking, they threatened him with arrest.

We understand being in front of a camera can make you freeze up, but shouldn't she be used to it by now?! On Monday, Big Fan , ABC 's new trivia show that pits celebs against fans to answer questions about themselves, featured the ALWAYS AH-Mazing Kim Kardashian West . Related: Kim, Kendall, & Kylie Get Glammed Up For Their Ocean's Eight Cameo In NYC! We loved seeing all the HIGHlarious moments of Kim completely embarrassing herself! Not only did the 36-year-old NOT know her engagement ring's carat count -- she thought it was 12 (host Andy Richter revealed it was ACTUALLY 15), but Kim's "Big Fan" Colt DID know the answer... Watch Kim drop the rock (below)! If that wasn't bad enough, the KUWTK star ended up losing to Colt 2 -7 after he answered questions regarding the name of Kim's single ( Turn It Up ) and where she had her 14 birthday ( Michael Jackson 's Neverland Ranch -- omg how do you forget that??).

From the Nintendo Switch , which lets you play Mario Kart at 30,000 feet, to Narita Airport’s smartphone toilet paper , technology and travel go hand-in-hand. But few places seem more excited — or willing to embrace new high-tech ideas — as the hotel industry. Like something out of a sci-fi movie, in the past few years we’ve seen a robot hotel open in Japan , and the debut of the Aloft brand's new “smart room” — a.k.a. Project: Jetson — in Boston. But George (Jetson) and his clan have got nothing on the world’s most high-tech hotels. Travelers Today recently gave a quick rundown of some of the world’s most futuristic hotels, which are implementing advanced technologies in all sorts of unique ways to improve the customer experience and create a more memorable stay. Selfie-lovers, for instance, have embraced the photo theme at the Blow Up Hall 5050 in Poznań, Poland, where guests are handed an iPhone at check-in, which acts as both a navigational tool and a room key.

Have a collage you need cropped or a selfie that needs a little extra 'pop'? What if the creators of Photoshop could let you edit images using nothing but your voice? Adobe is working on a digital assistant designed to understand the "creative workflows and the creative aspirations" of its users - kind of like Apple's Siri or Google Assistant, but eschews looking up movie showings for making art. The company also released a video demonstrating the assistant in action, which you can see below: While there's potential, the demonstration is brief and rather simplistic, with the user doing little more than flipping an already edited photo, cropping it, and posting it to Facebook with voice commands. It's also unclear which applications in Adobe's Creative Suite will benefit from voice commands. Adobe appears to be focused solely on using the assistant for editing images - ruling out other creative programs like Adobe Premiere for video production or Adobe Audition for sound editing.

Let's take a look at some of the latest developments following the Reina nightclub terror attack... GLADIO NEW YEAR? Will Turkey's geopolitical struggle lead to potential false flag attacks committed by known wolves? (Photo illustration 21WIRE's Shawn Helton) A Prime Suspect & Other Red Herrings When we last wrote about the Reina nightclub attack which took the lives of 39 people, reports revealed that the nightclub’s security had been taken over ten days prior to the apparent terror tragedy after a US intelligence warning and if that wasn't enough – there was also a suspicious case of mistaken identity' initially implicating two different individuals who were wrongly accused in the attack, Iakhe Mashrapov and Naim Sadakat . QUESTION: Did Turkish security really make a mistake twice or was this merely a double red herring meant to delay the identity of a known wolf' shooter already well-known to security services? PRIME SUSPECT' It is still unclear as to how Turkish authorities and media obtained the cell phone selfie footage from Abdulkadir Masharipov was it grabbed after the arrest of his wife? Video-wise the rear camera is able to shoot Full HD recording, but nothing more. While a lot of flagship phones are now 4K-equipped, however, that's still a premium feature rather than an essential one. I don't often find myself using the 4K recording option on phones that offer it like many people I don't tend to play phone footage back on high-res screens. There's no image stabilization technology in the Moto G4, and that's something I've missed while using the camera if you're going to be shooting video, be prepared for footage to be a little shaky. This office isn't the brightest around but the image still turned out pretty well. The front camera on the Moto G has a 5MP sensor with an auto-HDR mode. I found that selfie shots came out well they're nice and bright, likely down to the f/2.2 aperture of the camera. You do miss out on the extra quality you'd get with, say, the Oppo F1's fantastic selfie camera, but that's hardly a deal-breaker.

Now, the quality of the integrated camera is one of the main reasons we all buy new phones, and the iPhone 7 Plus has not one, but two sensors that take great photos - and thats just on the back of the device. With the phone pairing a wide-angle, wide-aperture f/1.8 lens that helps boost the phones low-light photography skills with a second, f/2.8 telephoto lens that takes you closer to the action without degrading the image, the 7 Plus dual-lens camera would have been unthinkable a decade ago - and Live Photos or 4K video recording would have caused the first iPhones CPU to melt. And where the original iPhone featured just the one camera, the iPhone 7 Plus has them both front and back - in 2007 selfie wasnt even a word. Battery If the original iPhones screen, interface and design got people excited, its battery life filled any user with dread.

The Airselfie is a new take on a now familiar subject: the drone camera. Smaller and more self-oriented than ever, it aims to fit a controllable selfie drone in the same pocket as your smartphone and remove the *need for selfie sticks. After seeing how this thing flashed up on Kickstarter, you might even see one buzzing around local attractions as soon as this February. The Airselfie's outside specs show an aluminum frame, weight of just 52 grams, and a body that measures 3.72 x 2.65 x 0.42 inches. Pretty smidgy. Inside is a 5mp camera, altitude sonar and stability cam, micro SD card, brushless motor, and small propeller guards. It comes with a power bank case that doubles as a phone case, which charges the drone when stored. Or you can recharge the drone directly via micro USB. To use the thing, you tether with your smartphone via its app (works with iOS and Android systems), then guide it into position before taking selfies or video… even on a timer mode.

President Obama will give his farewell address Tuesday in Chicago, and while he has been the leader of the free world, he's also a dad to Sasha and Malia . That means he's just as practiced in diplomacy as he is at cracking jokes that might make you grimace . In honor of his presidency, here's a look back at 10 times that President Obama confirmed he was not only the Commander-in-Chief but also the Dad-in-Chief. Remember the time that President Obama imitated his daughters texting on their cell phones during a speech? Extra dad points for miming taking a selfie. But make no mistake, Obama is not a regular dad he's a cool dad, which means that he knows how to use Snapchat. Being a cool dad, however, doesn't make Obama exempt from the inevitable dad jokes, which he really got carried away with at a memorable Thanksgiving turkey pardoning.
